Tabbi Zoeller , Our returning full time meter reader, began in May 2007, originally  spent 8 years with Green Valley and left in 1999. She has 3 grown children, and 2 grandchildren. She enjoys riding and showing her horse. She makes and sells western jewelry. She lives with her husband, Ricky.
