Gailene Pence, came to Green Valley SUD in 1975. She and her husband, Lonnie, have five daughters who all graduated from Marion High School. She enjoys talking to people, answering their questions and lending a sympathetic ear to their problems. Lonnie retired from San Antonio Water Systems in 1998 and enjoys using his dump truck and equipment installing driveways and septic systems. They like to travel to Gailene's hometown in Arkansas each year. Even though Gailene lived many places while growing up, Arkansas is still home.
